A $100 Deposit is needed to confirm our shoot time
Paying your deposit means you agree to my policies listed below.
If you have any concerns or questions about my policies, please let me know before paying the deposit.
POLICIES - Rescheduling, Cancellations, & Reshoots
You may reschedule once with no additional fees. Deposits are fully refundable if you contact me to cancel at least 1 week prior to our appointment time. If you reschedule less than a week before the shoot and then decide to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded.
There will be a $30 service fee for Bounced Checks.
RESHOOTS & REFUNDS
I ask my clients to do a lot of prep work before the shoot. This helps insures that we know exactly what you are going for & what you like/dislike in headshots. During our shoot, you will have the opportunity to view some of the photos in each look. You will be encouraged to speak up during the shoot so we can make the appropriate adjustments. Because of this, I rarely have unsatisfied customers. But if you are unsatisfied with your photos, I will be more than happy to do a reshoot, at no additional charge, if you have filled out the questionnaire on this site thoroughly and if you showed up to the shoot well rested and well prepared. Reshoots must be requested within 2 weeks after the proofs are emailed to you. Since you are given files that can be easily copied and used in emails and online, there are No Refunds.
ARCHIVING of YOUR PHOTOS
I guarantee that I will have all of your photos backed up in multiple locations for 3 months after our shoot date. After that, they will be moved to a single hard drive and could possibly corrupt over time. Most likely, I will be able to access your files for years to come, but I only guarantee that I will have them for 3 months.
DEPOSITS
You may contact me to arrange a time to drop off cash, or you can mail in a Check or pay with a Credit Card through PayPal.com.
The remaining balance is due the day of your shoot. You may pay the remaining balance by Cash, Check or PayPal.com.
Your deposit is only refundable if you contact me at least 1 week prior to our appointment time.
