Your $100 Deposit is Due at least 2 Weeks Prior to our Shoot.

Paying your deposit means you Agree to my policies listed below.

If payment cannot be made 2 weeks prior, your appointment will be given away.
Please call if you need to make other arrangements.

You may pay by Check or with a Credit Card through PayPal.com.
If you’d like to drop payment off at the studio, please call me to set up a time to stop by.
If I am not at my studio, there won't be a place for your to leave your deposit safely.

The remaining balance is due the day of your shoot. You may pay the remaining balance by Cash, Check, or PayPal.com.

Your deposit is only refundable if you let me know you're cancelling 72 hours before our scheduled shoot date/time

POLICIES - Rescheduling, Cancellations, & Reshoots
You may reschedule once with no additional fees. There will be a $35 rescheduling fee each time you need to reschedule after that.

There will be a $30 service fee for Bounced Checks.

RESHOOTS & REFUNDS will only be given if you have completely filled out both the Questionnaire & Headshot Style Selector posted on this site. Please make sure you know what your representation likes for backgrounds, wardrobe, and cropping. If I don’t know what they like before the shoot, I cannot make sure they’re happy. If you do not speak up during the shoot about your make-up, hair, background, or what not, I cannot fix it. Reshoots and Refunds must be requested within 1 week after the shoot. Once you have received the disk with all of your images you will not be able to get refund.

Your disk with all of your images are your negatives. I keep all my files on my computer or backed up onto a disk as well, but I am in no way obligated to do so nor do I guarantee your files will always be there. If you misplace your disk, I will not be held responsible. You are allowed to copy the disk as many times as you like. It will cost $35 if you misplace your disk and would like another copy.
