The actors I see booking the most jobs are the ones who realize that being an actor goes far beyond Acting. Part of your job, along with your agents and manager, is to know how to market you. Though it is helpful being good at acting, a bad actor can still be a working actor as long as they know how to market themselves. This might help explain the careers of several celebrities out there today... I'm not naming names... but I'm sure you can think of a few.
